One Love

Love INC. of Carver County, based in Chaska, will host the One Love event as a celebration of community, care, and the belief that it takes a village—while also marking the organization’s 20th anniversary of service in Carver County. Held just before Mother’s Day, the event will embrace the renewal of spring with soft pastels, floral elements, and on-site plant sales, inviting guests to begin the gardening season while investing in families across the county.

This year’s One Love places a special focus on mothers and caregivers, honoring both their strength and the support systems that help families thrive. Guests will hear from an older mother who navigated single parenthood at a time when Love INC did not yet exist—bringing a powerful perspective to how far the community has come. Her story reflects the heart of Love INC’s mission: ensuring that today’s mothers, and generations to come, have access to connection, dignity, and practical support when they need it most.

For 20 years, Love INC has mobilized churches, volunteers, and community partners to support individuals and families throughout Carver County, including Chaska, through household essentials, furniture, transportation assistance, and connections to vital services. One Love reflects both a celebration of that legacy and a commitment to the future—bringing the community together to strengthen the network of care that ensures no mother, no family, and no neighbor has to face hardship alone.
